Pros

Employee purchase discount, stock purchase options, and team friendly environment are great reasons to work at Best Buy. You could even make a career out of it if you don't plan to go to college.

Cons

Be prepared to be passed up several times for promotions. I've worked at 3 different stores and they will promote their friends and who they know over someone that just works hard.
