Pros

Great people, fun and interesting, great discount, overall a fun job! It's retail, expect busy holidays, rude customers, and lots of numbers!

Cons

Management sometimes aren't very helpful. Customers can be a pain sometimes, especially if you can't find something for them.

Pros

The discount is great at Best Buy, especially for accessories. The people you were with become part of a family in which many people hang out outside of work.

Cons

They play favorites when it comes to any type of promotion within the company. The yearly reviews are poor and raises are minimal.
