Pros

Fair work environment. Other sales associates generally accepting towards others. Being able to experience and share knowledge with others relating to the latest technology and trends. Excellent employee discount.

Cons

Low paying. Benefits are slim to none for part-time employees (excluding discount). Management tends to care more about their bonuses thanks to your sales, than you as an employee (though there are some exceptions). Quarterly bonuses, while possible, tend to never come around.

Pros

Excellent job for a part-time college student Good hours Decent pay Excellent discount Fun work environment Laid back management (at least in my store)

Cons

There is always a lot of students or younger adults who work part time only because they want the discount or think it is cool and they tend to slack off.
