Pros

I like the discounts, and getting first dibs on clearance items good part time job, enough hours compared to other retail jobs

Cons

The compensation is very low, management is not that great. I rememeber having to work an opening shif waiting on the manager - too much work for the low pay

Pros

Geek Squad provides people with an the ability to repair software and basic hardware issues on computers. Generally decent people to work with.

Cons

Time off is terrible, pay is low compaired to other similar jobs, Best Buy management doesn't understand Geek Squad in a way to help them grow as an asset to the company.

Pros

It's a great place to begin a career and start getting basic skills. The training goes through all of the basics to successfully sell a tech product.

Cons

For being a seasonal employee, you get absolute no benefits whatsoever. You attempt to perform to the same level as the full time and part time associates, with little motivation about "keeping your job" to do so.
