Pros

Its a toy store, you can play with all the new technology coming out without having to pay for it. Also, there are always other great associates that you will work with and build good friendships on. For college students, they are very flexible with schedules and have a strong understanding of your priorities. If you are full-time, they have a tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

The unrelenting nagging from senior leadership about sales productivity does become very repetitive on a weekly basis. There is obvious favoritism and a failure to compensate employees contributions and dedication to their diligence.

Pros

Employee Discount is really great, the people are very nice. I definitely learn a lot on the job like customer service and handling money.

Cons

The supervisors always pressure cashiers to sell magazine trials which is kinda suck. If you don't sell enough for the day, they kinda give you the look.
