Pros

Pay is decent compared to other Retail Supervisor Jobs.

Cons

When your a supervisor you have no personal life, best buy all the time. Work more than 40 Hours and don't get paid overtime even though you are hourly. If you hit OT, you get written up, managers dont help you at all, just complain about Accessories, Services, GSBTP , Content and Connections.

Pros

Fantastic employee discount, decent benefits, cool blue shirt and dockers!!! Other than that.... not much to talk about.

Cons

Typical retail experience but you must be part of the good old boys network to advance. Don't work here if you like spending time with your family, especially during the holidays!
