Pros

The positive atmosphere that is usually attained within management is positive and probably not seen otherwise in retail for such a landmark company.

Cons

The store can be a very positive work environment, though turn around of management is high, whether it be of their own accord or the company shuffle used to train. Having the wrong manager come in with an eye out to fire people without getting to know them was a huge negative.

Pros

Discount, products are interesting, sometimes you get a nice customer who makes your day, for the most part I would stay away.

Cons

Pay, lack of commission, demand too much. Holiday work schedule is awful, consumerism at it's worst. complete lack of training.
