Pros

The employee discount was great and most of the time the store environment was pleasant to work in. Meetings were usually engineered to be more fun than at most companies. Fairly flexible with my schedule.

Cons

There is a constant problem with most associates congregating into cliques and talking amongst each other while a small handful of more industrious associates do all the work. Management wasn't ever very good about getting after or rid of those unproductive employees and equally poor at giving recognition (or compensation) to those few employees who all-stars.
