Pros

Good people on the sales floor, good discounts, fun when its busy

Cons

Management is always useless, alot of customers really don't have a clue about technology but act like they are the experts. No opportunity for advancement for most associates.

1. The employee Discount is really Good. 2. Helping out a customer obtain there dream Home Theater makes you feel very appreciated

Cons

1. Pay sucks 2. They make you work on "Black Friday" no matter what you ask or what is going on in your life. If you don't work it, YOUR FIRED. End of story

Best Buy is a great place to get a discount throught the store and have very flexible hours during the work week

Cons

You can get taken advantage of with work hours, so just stand up for yourself early on in the process and stick to the schedule
