Pros

Good Discounts Nice Support and opportunities for learning Good opportunity for advancement within the store Good benefits and company listens to employees.

Cons

Promotions and salary are hidden and decisions are often perceived as unfair and preferential. A lot of younger workers who can be flaky, unprofessional, and gossipy. Difficult to keep really good employees due to pay.

Pros

The Employee Discount is great, the general direction of the company is forward thinking and they stock the latest and greatest in technology

Cons

Best Buy's sales model was not something I personally appreciated. There is no commission, but they really want you to push their Black Tie Protection on customers, regardless of whether or not they need it.
