Pros

This was not the greatest place to work the only good thing was the discount. Which they changed so they could make more money.

Cons

They treated their employees unfairly, women were not promoted, raises were subpar. They had all these mandatory 7am meetings that were a complete waste of time.

Pros

At our store the managers cared about doing the right thing. We were a small Best Buy and the management and associates all preformed the jobs of everyone else in the store, which was nice to see the management team rolling up their sleeves and getting to work.

Cons

We were usually very understaffed in the mornings and quite frequently had 3/4 people covering the entire store. Evenings were usually overstaffed with a few people usually standing around.

Pros

Great discounts on electronic accessories, decent pay. Hours consistent.

Cons

Management does not trust employees, when inventory is short they start pointing fingers
