Pros

The discount is phenomenal. It's nice to know who to ask if you want to buy a camera or a tv. You know who to ask and who not to. As a customer, you have to trust that the person covering the department while someone is on break actually knows what they're talking about.

Cons

Favoritism is HUGE at Best Buy. However, it's probably the same at other places. Managers are too quick to believe the customer. They say it's not about the numbers, it's about the customer. However, it's not the customer's interaction we get yelled at for. It's the lack of sales.
