Pros

Can be laid back with no pressure during weekdays. Not too much supervision. Can be fun. Not too much pressure to make sales.

Cons

customers and horrible coworkers only bad part. Sometimes short-staffed. Scheduling can be horrible at times. Hierarchy/Power is determined by part time and full time workers so if you work there for a while you will still have to answer to full time people.

Pros

Products are great and the opportunities endless if you desire to work in personal management at the store level. Great place to start your career, only stay for 3 years. You will learn everything in that amount of time.

Cons

Management style is extremely centrist, the company does not take advantage of local area management for their expertise. You can move up if you want to people manage, but there are no high-level local sales and technical jobs.
