Pros

23 days PTO - If you are a retail manager you could be the next Director

Cons

Can't take PTO and really get away from work. Poor customer service avenue for processing simple orders, exchanges and returns. Internal departments restrict customer facing account managers ability to provide good customer service or make sound business decisions.

Pros

The employee discount is generous, work-life balance is good, and some people were good to work with.

Cons

I worked in HR and witnessed discrimination and unethical business practice. HR strategies and technology were years behind with no interest in innovating practices. HR leaders didn't value the expertise on their teams or respect their employees.
