Pros

Employee discount. Decent pay for certain positions

Cons

Incompetent management. More concerned about virtue signaling than actually getting work done. Sexual misconduct by leadership on multiple occassions. Unrealistic expectations for workers who aren't drinking buddies with management. Management spends more time in sales development room than engaging with customers or coaching employees.

Pros

Benefits are solid, pay is decent for a retail store. if you're a fan of electronics you get to work in an environment surrounded by them. the company will respect your availability/schedule outside of the super crunch holiday season.

Cons

Company seems more interested in selling credit cards and memberships than actual products; customers can be pretty demanding, and will frequently ignore what you have to tell them. stores are pretty badly understaffed, so don't expect support if it gets busy.
