Pros

The one nice thing about working at Best Buy is that they can be very flexible with you even if you hold a full time job.

Cons

There seems to be a disconnect between management and the employees at time, and certain procedures don't get followed.

Pros

Excellent and constant training, great management (though that can change from store to store), can teach you all you need to know about sales for later jobs!

Cons

Just not enough pay for what you do, but what can you expect for a big box retail? They do pay better than most other retail stores.

Pros

Interacting with customers, good learning experience, decent pay for amount of work, starter job for other positions in store, overtime during holidays, employee discount.

Cons

Standing within same vicinity for a while. Hard to do job with low tech security setup. Work alone most of the time.
