Pros

They have great benefits such as tuition reimbursement, retirement, health insurance, and an option for a monthly bonus. It is a great job if you are a college student, and they work around your schedule. Management is fair within the store level, and the district managers are great.

Cons

Restructuring of the company within the last few years has displaced some good employees.
