Pros

Good discount was really the only thing that made working there decent, got good phone plan deals for mobile employees

Cons

Terrible management, terrible structure, pay scale is junk, guy worked there and did crap sales, but still made more than the guy who had great sales and been there longer because he came from the cities

Pros

Discount is about it !

Cons

Experience varies between stores. Some stores upper management (GM and AM) are great to work force and drive a culture and team. While at other stores they will fail to even make schedules in a timely manner for their employees...such a basic task. ZERO accountability from upper management makes a work environment where the people who care get everything dumped on them and the lazy still somehow have jobs. Getting better positions in the company is more about who you know and being buddies. If you work for and care about your store, you will not be fairly paid for what you do outside of you normal job responsibilities, but hey if you don't do your core responsibilities you get paid pretty well.
