Pros

We sell great stuff! We have some awesome employees!

Cons

The company changes it's operating model every couple of years and calls it being a change company. What I see is people that never have a chance to master their roles. Stores and locations are out of date and not prime in many cases.

Pros

The physical space of the corporate office is impressive with plenty of amenties and parking is great.

Cons

No work/life balance. Employees are overworked and underappreciated. Employees pretend to be happy but underlying issue is they aren't. It's not a good environment to be in. Departments don't work together, there's not a whole lot of respect & people are very passive-aggressive.

Pros

They hire some of the best and brightest people i have ever had the privilege of working with.

Cons

The yearly restructures and eliminations of roles and lack of backfill for roles is troubling, causing individuals to be over worked.
