Pros

Numerous opportunities for career growth, you just have to be flexible and willing to relocate. Great company that strives to create a having fun while being the best mentality while paying very well for the consumer electronics field .

Cons

The staff continues to become increasingly younger, immature and not very knowledgeable across the board…This is a bad combination.Have to hire more adults with real responsibilities like bills and kids not just the kids who live at home with a cell phone bill…

Pros

Entreprenurial spirit was always in play. The size of the organization made it possible to explore and learn a great deal about other business units, which could often times lead to the next job/role.

Cons

Clear cut decision making was a challenge. Too many leaders throughout the organization had "veto" cards that could sneak up on projects that had been previously approved, or were already underway.
