Pros

None whatsoever. This place is terrible.

Cons

Extremely toxic working environment in the corporate office. Everyone is stressed out and the pay is not competitive. Upper management is oblivious (or simply doesn't care) and HR is useless.

Pros

In the past 3 years Bethesda has done across the board wage increases for all nursing employees. The most recent was this summer...high retention rates in many of the buildings and personally i have seen many employees promoted up as positions open (including myself). For years Bethesda's wages did not keep up with competitors but this is changing fast! New rates for LPNs, RNs, CNAs and CMTs that are competitive with hospital pay. Great vacation/ETO benefits for salaried and hourly employees. Not-for-profit also means money made goes back into the employees and buildings.

Cons

Tuition reimbursement should be higher and they need loan repayment option in the place of tuition reimbursement.
