3yBethesda works to staff all of our facilities at a high level to provide the best possible care. As you know, there is a shortage of caregivers in our area. To meet that challenge we are training our own CNAs, building a float pool and recruiting international nurses. I think you will find our staffing is better than most Skilled Nursing Facilities in our area. You can view our star ratings on the CMS website.
