Pros

Worked there for years. Great team of trusted employees and senior management who live the values of the BBB and are doing very important work in the community to help consumers and businesses. Also a fun, family oriented and friendly place to work.

Cons

It is a tough job to find a balance between consumers and business needs so this can be discouraging for some employees.

Hard to earn reasonable income, with changing face of industry, people want a personal experience but with no cost associated. i.e. free.
