Pros
Work-life balance. You work 9-5, Monday - Friday. Located in River North which is nice. The building is nice, decent cafeteria.
Cons
There is no true leader of the company. Too many people try to call shots and make changes. There is no major plan, more like throw everything at a wall and see what sticks. They take advantage of good employees by giving them entirely too many tasks, which in the end pushes them out the door. This is a constant pattern, continually pushing others tasks on to other people.
