As of June 2022, we launched a new in-person onboarding program in an effort to foster greater connection now that it’s safer to do so. We’re always iterating on ways to improve our orientation programs, and we’d be grateful if you shared this feedback via your onboarding surveys or with the Orientation Program Managers, since this will help us continually improve the experience for others. With regards to your comments regarding your direct manager, we always want to create an environment where everyone on the team has the psychological safety and support to thrive personally and professionally. We’d love to better understand the details of your experience so we can work together to resolve your negative experiences.
