      Good pay and bonuses, but tough metrics and management issues

      Pros

      Good pay if you work hard, become a top performer, the bonuses are worth the hard work.

      Cons

      Insane metrics to reach and maintain, constant issues with upper management attempting to take said bonuses made with your hard work, for almost any reason, even made up reasons. I have seen this with other employees. Benefits package is terrible, as you only earn 4.24 hrs of PTO per paycheck.

      You get to work from home

      Cons

      2-4% employee retention should tell you everything. You will quit once you find out they lie about everything, and steal your hard earned money through their BS policies, they are highly unorganized and you cannot get the same answer from different management. The dangle the carrot in front of you with only a small chance of getting it. They go against their own policies and play favoritism. Their management goes unchecked and gets away with things most corporations wouldn’t allow.
