New company with many opportunities for employee growth. The office environment is a successful combination of casual interpersonal conversations and strong work ethic. Great diversity among the employees, with a unifying, customer-first mentality that permeates all functions of the business. The CEO and entire Management team have a vast and experienced working knowledge of the financial services industry / debt settlement. I highly recommend this company to any employee who is looking for professional growth in a friendly atmosphere.
Cons
It's a newer company, so there are the normal "cons" that would come along with this. To some extent, employees must be willing to "wear multiple hats" when it comes to responsibilities. However, we are set for rapid growth in the coming year, so any cons are by no means constant.
