      Pros

      Working with an intelligent bunch of people. The company is taking action to stand out in the industry as a leader. It’s a great environment for someone that wants to learn something new every day. Because it’s a smaller organization, you get to wear multiple hats.

      Cons

      The benefits plan is improving. It’s clearly much better than before. I’d love to see a greater match for the 401k.

      Pros

      nice coworkers, most of who I really actually enjoy! and I like the promise of the company, which might actually happen. and while our benefits plan this year really was awful, they did a great job for next year's plan which I really appreciate. also nice that there's snacks in the kitchen.

      Cons

      the executive management is very tone deaf. we are moving to boston soon... well, THEY are moving to boston soon, and are pretty transparent about leaving behind the people they don't like in beverly (which is fine, I don't want that commute)... but it seems pretty clear that they'll just close this location down soon and I guess fire us all? it's very toxic and morale doesn't exist. so, looking around for a new job.

      Pros

      Beyond Finance offers an opportunity to learn the a different type of financial business. Being an upstart company makes growing in the company something to look forward to.

      Cons

      Being a start up there are so hiccups along the way but got to learn to think on your toes.
