I’ve been with Beyond Finance for multiple years. During my time with the company I have been promoted and have seen so many advancements of others that work here. The company has a rich culture of promoting and developing existing employees. From my experience, the company is extremely supportive, management is attentive and helpful, and the company culture is family oriented and promotes a healthy work /life balance. Consistent development and enrichment courses are offered. Agents are well supported with resources and hands on, 1:1 coaching and development to help them advance in their positions. The company has a great structure and clear expectations for employees. Supportive departments such as HR and IT are readily available and helpful. A very well put together organization overall the develops all employees

Compensation, the company does an amazing job making sure to stay completive amongst other companies in the industry as well as prioritizing the value of the their employees. Growth Opportunity - Their is constant opportunity for growth due to the success of the company and its eagerness to venture forward. Team Morale - There are seldom companies where a brand new candidate/employee can reach out to and speak with the VP of sales or CEO of the company. Beyond's open door policy is true in nature. The company does all it can to keep the energy high and employees happy with all of its actions. Work Life Balance - The company does all it can to ensure we have the ability to have work/life balance, with PTO, Floating Holidays, Shift Swaps, availability to work OT.
