      Pros

      Six Figure Income working from home, how can you get better than that!? The company offers the most support, training, coaching, morale, benefits, compensation and overall great culture. There are fast promotions, tons of opportunity and they encourage growth. Very positive morale across the floor, company wide which I value a lot as many sales jobs lead with more negative encouragement vs pushing the positives.

      Cons

      If you can't handle grinding for huge commission checks and ability to be disciplined working remotely, this won't be for you. Be weary of any negative reviews folks, often times employees who didn't meet expectations, being a performance based job, can tend to make false accusations out of spite.

      Love My experience working here mainly for the learning aspect. Almost everyone is willing to share information that me succeed in leadership sales. My directors and managers are all great. I’m excited to become a leader and follow in their footsteps.

      You might have to deal with time consuming people, but that’s any sales or management role

      I have never been part of a company that puts so much effort in pushing its people to be their absolute best! The culture of winning and doing everything with integrity make this the place I want to grow my career and retire from.

      There is nothing for me to add here. It’s a culture of performance, and that allows people to thrive.
