The best part about working for Beyond finance is the amazing people that breathe life into the company everyday. The leadership teams work hard to make you feel seen and appreciated and this company has really become a family at this point. Everyday I look forward to not only the amazing people I already know, but all the new faces and personalities that continue to shape this company into the future.

Good culture/environment. Good pay and benefits. Leadership ready and willing to give people what they need to do their job well. Rewarding business objective. Beyond's on the up and up.

Cons

While it does happen occasionally, it would be nice to have more visibility into major initiatives and projects that other departments are working on.
