Toxic work environment. Incompetent people in positions of power. A lot of jealousy, envy & actions to keep smart employees in a low position. Sexist and prejudiced

Cons

Sexist, prejudiced. Promotions are based on gifting and being overly friendly with superiors whom are primarily male

Great work environment and people. The culture is absolutely positive and the work is rewarding, as we would people achieve financial freedom.

Cons

The company is is still fairly new, here in Houston, and still lacks synchronization in training and overall processes.

I've been with Beyond Finance for quite some time now and so far, I'm loving it. The people I work with are truly amazing and helpful. Additionally, this company has accommodated a work from home environment during COVID-19.
