Lots of ongoing training classes, but training is broken up and doesn't follow logical path according to what you need to learn. Once they say you have "passed", you really haven't passed or been hired. Similar to "bait & switch" tactics. Some trainers are not that good at "training" and do not hit key points that are critical to the business and questions a rep may get. When you ask about that, you are told, "that never happens".
