      Pros

      Joined this company because of the mission and the top talent we’re hiring. Executive management is being filled with very accomplished and successful folks who are methodically building the right company to win in the industry and achieve the mission. Great pay and benefit package (big upgrade). Great snacks and drinks and a very smart team to work with.

      Cons

      We’re a startup which means long hours and commitment requirement from employees but the work is fun and exciting. We’re trying to go fast so there’s constant change.

      Good benefits, great work environment and the company has a great vision - it's growing fast and I'm excited to see where it goes! Also the free snacks aren't bad!

      Because it's a startup, you may need to take other responsibilities than the role you're assigned to

      Pros

      Good enviorment. The co-workers are good to get along with. The managers are helpful with training, and advice. The money is there to be made if you are willing to put in the work. Location easy to get to.

      Cons

      It is a grind. It is not something that will come quickly. A lot of information to learn coming in with no experience. Definitely and ideal place to work.
