Dont do it yo What a DUMP!!! training does not prepare you enough for this role, fresh out of training you are expected to know everything. When you ask for assistance management is so busy with meetings for meetings there is no assistance given. There is no accountability at all every thing is blamed on the agents. Your written up for the smallest things. The turn over rate is extremely high 0 job stability. The PTO time is a joke. There is no true leadership nothing is taken seriously. When you need time off for vacation your asked to still login and help from whatever vacation spot is. All this company cares about is making money!!! Managers just yell at you and talk down to you even though I have been with this company a few years and I have helped with training as well but the second your not able to help them or do what they want they will fire you, or start to overwhelm you with work and make you want to quit. During covid-19 over 300+ agents was let go they did not even offer the prior agents there jobs back and they were not asked to work from home. the company is shady all they continue to do is hire and half way train more new people. I see the fake ad trying to get new talent its a sales driven you will never see 100k and the stats are unrealistic the bonus structure use to be wonderful years ago now you have to work EXTREMELY hard to see $500-$1000 after its taxed. They claim they are so family orientated if you ever seen the movie THE HELP that is this company. I am truly surprised this scam is still in business it needs to be shut down immediately I hope this review helps those considering beyond as there employer and those whom I know are still there dont give them the time of day we all deserve better or those who are there LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will never get better JUST will get worse my bad I stayed for as long as I did. Also Fire the Bad Apples stop being cheap pay unemployment. Insurance is high, liked Cigna best but my family needs insurance. Slave, Racist, Messy, Bullying culture which is denied. This company is a roll off of S&N so yes they should me more knowledgeable of this industry. NO ONE IN MANAGEMENT AND ABOVE LISTENS TO AN EMPLOYEE'S RECOMMENDATIONS. COMPLAINTS, CRITIQUES, ETC. Transparency is what I was given upon hiring and was expected to provide but that left with Larry and Shane. Yes they had no experience in the industry but they were the first to admit it. They were and are company start up guys and THEIR DOORS WERE ALWAYS OPEN TO HAVE NO JUDGEMENT CONVERSATIONS AND THEY WERE OPEN TO LISTENING AND TAKING SOMETHING AWAY FROM THE CONVERSATION WHETHER THEY WERE ABLE TO USE IT OR NOT AND THEY SAID JUST THAT... AT LEAST THEY LISTENED AND THOUGHT ABOUT IT. Everyone here is Anonymous, including myself, due to the more indirect retaliation and risk of being fired. How ironic is it that former and current employees less than 2 years and have not experienced the greatness of employees with more tenure but can provide the negative reviews that employees who are tenured can provide at a comparable view. Companies change and this is not a complaint that I have. My negative review comes at that of now hiring ANY AND EVERYONE ethics out of the window, Management who must Google how to relay negative news to employees, Management and Executives bonusing off of the hardwork and backs of employees, Lack of communication and knowledge of not only their job duties but the companies purpose, WORK IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CLIENT WHILE PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND REMAINING TRANSPARENT. This company has been multi- cultural and then RACISM showed itself. Clients are being misled, lied to, ignored, etc all while Beyonds higher ups and management fill their pockets all while employees struggle with the changes affecting their homes. How many BBB, CFPB, and Attorney General Complaints before someone gets it or Beyond is out of Business. Management and Executives have the know it all view, the "Beyond" the slave/peons etc. Searching the big wigs brings the past experience up and only one has executive experience because everyone else was kinda at the bottom like everyone else.
