      Shady as all heck. It's like lipstick on a pig. Nice packaging, but a horrible financial product compared to the competitions. If you don't mind supporting a company that screws over the consumer, being micro managed, dated systems, a lack of experience from coworkers regarding the field of finance. If you were even just a teller you would run circles around this staff, and sadly nowadays make more than what this company pays for its positions

      Decent training and good technology

      Cons

      Hiring team will hire as many as possible then pick people on their biases and not on performance to move forward after week 1. They will use the end of week 1 script test as an excuse to fire whomever they chose and not on ability. They put up very little capital because they pay $15/hr during training. This is their way of weeding people out based on their biases at minimal cost. This is the hidden agenda.
