Pros
Everyone is in the staff is really nice and helpful. You can bring any essential to design your desk. Every associate follows one criteria . When workload get slow employee can catch some air outside the building. HR department are helpful
Cons
The process of measuring anyone's productivity and errors are really strict and confusing. Sometimes associate underwriter gets in trouble due to someone else fault. Being an underwriter and amount of stress we go through 2 breaks are not enough, 4 breaks should be allowed. They should start assigning tasks to each associate so they work on them peacefully rather than fighting for one task.
