Pros

The company has a strong and transparent leadership team that is fair, collaborative and supportive. From day one, I've always felt supported in my career and development. Leadership is approachable and truly wants to know every member of the team, regardless of role or level. The mission of the company is 100 percent focused on the customer vs. personal gain. It's refreshing!

Cons

More collaboration between sites (Houston and Beverly) would be great. We can learn a lot from each other.

Management is very attentive and caring and wants everyone to succeed. Have been there a short time however couldnt be happier or more excited to be there. The corporate culture is great! Open door policy and all management is highly approachable and accessible. The future is bright for this company! And great benefits from day one.

The biggest pro for me was leaving this organization. Since I have to write something here I would say the lack of dress code and supply of free snacks is nice for anyone whose ever worked for a real company and didn't have those benefits. Most of the people were nice and fun to work with, until people either left or got laid off.

Cons

If you are a criminal, have served time, or gotten away with a lot of shady stuff in the past this is the company for you! The bait and switch approach that is used to lure vulnerable customers in is truly disgusting. This organization has no desire to help customers, it only wants to make money. If you want to leave work questioning your morals then once again this is the job for you. No one cares anymore and if you do you'll eventually leave. I've watched most of the competent people leave and we are now stuck in a culture where everyone works from home (if they work at all) or are call center employees.

Although we always love to hear feedback from our employees, we do have to respectfully disagree with the comments provided in this review. Adherence to compliant and ethical processes and standards is and always has been a core differentiator for Beyond. We utilize a thorough and detailed background check process for all new employees entering our workforce. Providing a safe working environment for our employees is of the utmost importance to us. Beyond prides itself on our open door policy and we always welcome feedback. We can't make strides in changing what's not working if we don't hear from you.
