Great place for growth and to test your skills
Pros
When I first applied at Beyond I did NOT know what to expect. I've never been in sales and no background in finance. However, this job has pushed me mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Sales can be a little bit difficult to navigate when you are new but the training that is provided is very detailed. it's roughly 4 weeks. The first week is still a trial period so make sure your job is still on standby because at the end of the first week there is a role play. After that you are put on the floor to examine how you answer calls and implement the training they've given you. You are tested each month honestly but if you love a challenge and want to get out of your comfort zone this is the job for you. CONFIDENCE IS KEY! you can make great money to change your life, your family and most of all level up in the workspace.
Cons
honestly just like any sales job is can be stressful meeting metrics. You have to hit your quota or you will be at risk for being fired. Work life balance is 50/50 it is what you make it. no sick days so you have to use PTO for everything and they give you 5 floating holiday/flex days.
