Beyond Finance reviews

I feel obligated to warn people. There is a difference between challenging your employees and sucking the life out of them. Everyone on my team was miserable and planning to look for another job if they hadn’t already started. These are all brilliant people who would thrive anywhere but here they are constantly monitored, criticized, and live in a perpetual state of anxiety. People who want a reasonable work/life balance are disposable. It feels like those who claim to enjoy this as a “challenge” have either started right out of college unaware that healthier work environments exist or have succumbed to Stockholm Syndrome. My current job has me looking back at my Beyond Finance experience as if I had escaped an abusive relationship.
