I have over a decade of experience in Negotiation. I have worked at National Debt Relief, Strategic Debt Relief and Century Support Services. When I interviewed with the recruiter I saw that many in mid management at Beyond are from National Debt Relief and it seems to me they are running the same bs they ran at NDR. If you were lucky enough to get promoted.. they only promoted their friends. So now you guys jump over the Beyond and wont hire anyone that wasnt your friend before at National. Drop the boys and girls club attitude.. just because someone isnt your facebook friend doesnt mean they are not a good employee. Privileged kids that got into a higher position are feeling themselves too much at this place. These people need to grow up.
