      Pros

      I am 53 Years old and worked as a Paralegal and been in management positions in my careers. Working at Beyond Finance has been the best place I have worked. I love the job itself to help others. I love my hours and opportunity to work overtime. I love the idea I work from home since I live in a state that it is snows. Overall the benefits are great. The company has wonderful people to work with.

      They close at 9cst and offer remote positions

      Cons

      Inadequate training, shady tactics and expensive medical insurance, no transparency between management &employees b2b call, high turnover rate, no tenured staff and the help desk never helps

      Pros

      Consistent hours, you do not have to kill yourself working tons of overtime. The job is entirely remote, There is potential to grow within the company. Health insurance and 401k contributions. Work life balance, when your shift ends you do not need to take your work with you to continue doing on your own time. The training is spectacular! Everything you could need to know is discussed and I really felt set up for success with this training program rather than just being thrown to the wolves.

      Cons

      I made more money in previous sales roles, but this is consistent money so I am still happy with it and it is definitely money that I can live comfortably on.
