I left a steady and good paying job thinking I was going to go to a better situation with more opportunities. You are trained to believe in showing empathy to prospects, but this company shows zero empathy for its employees. The first week you are there they are going to ask you to do a role play, as though you are in high school and trying out for a role in a play, but with this they are going to affect your livelihood. You maybe be great at what you do but they wont take the time to figure that out or provide you with additional coaching. Once your 15 minutes is up its either a yes or no. From there you have additional weeks of training then you are waiting for an "invite" to the sales floor. Prospects that are calling in are looking for loans, feels dishonest trying to sell their product. Once you get the invite to the floor, if you are a true professional you will have to deal with nonsense teams with this fake sense of encouragement, just feels like a fake cheerleading group that only distracts you from the work at hand.
