Pros

Good Benefits. Decent pay. Fun atmosphere. Always busy and never bored. Your co-workers are your friends but treat you more like you are their family.

Cons

We are so quick to reply to our customers, but if I ask for time off, I have to wait for a long time to get an answer, and by the time I get the answer to my request, it is sometimes too late. We are the internal customers and we are not treated the same as we would treat an external customer.

Real people, very laid back and comfortable environment. I don't feel as if there is a lot of workplace politics and corporate inefficiencies that interfere with the goal of the company.

Cons

The health care options could be better, but it seems as if this is something common and unfortunately becoming more common in many corporations.
