      - good colleagues (depends on the team)

      Cons

      - clock in and clock out attendance - not flexible, micromanagent - bad leadership, lack of seniors - outsource to other company so basically second class citizen - no benefits other than basic medical insurance and salary - no career growth

      Higher base salary than local offers, u can try to ask more for the offer

      Cons

      Outsourcing team for tencent limited growth, punch in punch out very traditional way, whatever u do u need to go through nuisance approval process asking tencent side then send agn at BYS side quite annoying
