Not much but if you're a person who's fine with doing repititive tasks over a year , then this job is for you but if you're not, you will feel drained very quickly. No career growth.

The only pros is work from home.

Cons

A long list to be listed out. Project manager cannot lead and poor at managing the team. You will see yourself facing the clients by yourself and project manager will not be on your side. No increment and bonus even though promised during interview.

At that time, company know on how to appreciate staff by giving token. Can flexible

Cons

Salary too low. GenZ come the salary they got way too high compare to senior. In 2024, company micromanage, need to ping manager if go lunch later than 12. If come back at 1.05, got email already. Need to give reason why late Cannot wfh. Now i think no more flexible.
