Maybe the only pro is that they help you write your resume in the right way for you to have more interview opportunities.

-Most Good reviews were because Employer ask to write good reviews from Employees. -Not much transparency -And yes they like to lie about several things in the process -Payment is less than the minimum for the Role. Believe me stay away from this Company ( Latin People you better search for other Companies, this company will take advantage of you ) ( Compare payment for your role here in glassdoor for your Role) (Founded in 2015.. Where are the other reviews ? from 2015-2017? I remember they had a lot of bad reviews even from India...
