Pros

They're focus on take care of us from day 1. They're empathetic. in 2020, during Covid I lost my job, and they gave me total support, with salary while I was at bench and seeking my next project as priority! It took some time, but they never lost fait in me.

Cons

At the beginning they were not clear about some details, getting visa, benefits and assignations, but they definitely have improved their process making the hiring process and onboarding more agile and easy.
