Humanitarianism, they really take care of their employees as family Freedom to speak and start new projects with them Great work / life balance Travel expenses covered

Cons

Only con is that the office is far from downtown but you never have to go to the office actually

Pros

The staff is really helpful with all the hiring process, and once you become an active employee, they really care for you, that make you feel as part of the company and not only another employee.

Cons

Nothing really bad. The process for getting a project can become tedious, with many calls and interviews, but they will be there in case of any issue.
