Pros

Only open till 8 not as busy as other stores (Costco, walmart, target) If you work in a department you may get to go to product knowledge meetings, which are kinda fun

Cons

Some stores are strict on their membership only policy, some are not, be sure to ask management if you transfer stores. Some people get a set schedule, some don't. I worked there for over 5 years and my schedule was all over the place.
